At Precision we offer fun, interesting and interactive seminars and group exercise sessions to motivate and engage workers in exercise. Topics include: “Conditioning the Working Athlete” It’s not only elite athletes that face physical challenges, every form of work has obstacles. This seminar includes information about choosing the appropriate exercise, exercise intensity, stretch breaks and a quick fire set of exercises that will charge up your system to help cope with the rigours of working life. And “Energising the Working Athlete” There are simple things we can all do to improve our health and energy levels. This seminar includes information about the immune system, diet, weight, rest, sleep, overwork, and stress. Alternatively, you may want to set up a warm up and stretch break program for your workplace. We will train exercise leaders from your organisation to take safe, brief but effective sessions, which will prepare and energise workers for the day’s events.
